Chantelle completed her Bachelor Degree of Social Work from the University of Windsor and then completed her Masters Degree of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She also has her diploma in Child and Youth Care from St. Clair College.

Chantelle has been in the field for over 23 yrs. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, separation, trauma and also various mental health diagnoses. Chantelle uses an eclectic approach in therapy recognizing there is no one size fits all.

Chantelle has certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Brain Spotting and training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Grief/Loss, Parenting, Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems and Reiki.

Chantelle believes mental health is just as important as physical health and focuses on providing compassion, empathy and support to all of her clients so they can have a safe space to work on themselves.
